Frederico Marques
Co-Founder, Director & President
Strategic business leader with over 20 years of international experience across law, capital markets, mining, infrastructure, and disruptive technologies. I specialize in bridging the dynamic markets of Latin America and Canada and in building and scaling companies from early-stage to growth.
As Co-Founder and Director of multiple ventures—including high-impact mining operations in Brazil and a cutting-edge cybersecurity technology company—I focus on value creation through innovation, governance, and investor alignment. I have successfully structured and led multiple going public transactions, M&A, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
Former capital markets lawyer with a LLM and PhD degrees, I bring a unique blend of legal acumen, boardroom experience, and frontier market insight. I serve as Director, Chairman or strategic advisor across multiple ventures, with a focus on governance, financing, M&A, and unlocking long-term value. I thrive at the intersection of global strategy, emerging industries, and transformational change.
Henrique Marques

Henrique Marques | Co-Founder & Director
Henrique is an entrepreneur and seasoned C-Suite executive of multinational companies. Based in Brazil, Henrique co-founded a reinsurance start-up company that became the largest reinsurance company in Brazil. After his company was acquired by JLT (UK), Henrique became their COO in Brazil and currently works as COO for Marsh Brasil, leading a team of 700 employees. Former member of the Board of Director of Capzul (Dec. 2023-Feb 2025). At Marsh Henrique is responsible for operations, corporate solutions and facilities, IT – infrastructure and applications’ support, business analysis, projects (robotics, software, and workflow automation). Henrique has a background in law and business and specialization at the Swiss Re Academy and INSEAD – The Business Scholl for the World.

Tito Martins
Co-Founder & Director
Tito Martins is an experienced CEO, advisor and a member of the Board of Directors of publicly traded, private, and family-owned companies. He was Chief Executive Officer of Nexa Resources between 2012 and 2021 and responsible for its IPO in the New York Stock Exchange and TMX (Toronto) in 2017. Martins has more than 35 years of experience in the metals and mining industry, logistics business, energy and extensive professional experience in different countries. He is a Certified Director from National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). He served on the board of CBA in Brazil, as well as Nexa Peru and Nexa Resources Atacocha S.A.A., both listed in the Peruvian Stock Exchange. In 2014 and 2015, he was Chairman of the Board of the Brazilian Aluminum Association (ABAL). Prior to joining Nexa Resources, Mr. Martins was Executive Director for Base Metals at Vale S.A. based in Canada, from 2007 to 2012. Former board member of Norsk Hydro. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Martins was the CEO of Caemi S.A., a Brazilian diversified mining company listed on the São Paulo Stock Exchange. He served at the same time at the board of MRS, a rail company. Earlier in his career, he worked for Vale S.A, from 1985 to 2003, where he held several positions in the finance and corporate areas. He graduated in Economics at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil, and holds an MBA from IEAD Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He has attended many advanced management programs in Kellogg Institute and MIT in the USA, INSEAD in France and others. Tito is a member of the Board of Directors of Capzul Corp. since Feb 2025.
